Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii, APO's, Puerto Rico, & Canada Alaska & Hawaii Orders - We offer UPS/FedEx Ground for a flat shipping fee of $25. You will see this option in your shopping cart when you complete your order. APO Shipping - Yes, we do ship to APO locations for a flat shipping fee of $25.00. All shipments to APO's will be sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Delivery confirmations are unavailable to APO addresses. Puerto Rico Orders - We offer UPS/FedEx Ground for a flat shipping fee of $25. You will see this option in your shopping cart when you complete your order. Canada Orders - We're sorry but we are no longer shipping to Canada. International Orders - We are sorry, at this time we do not ship outside of the continental USA and the locations listed above. First, we want you to know that you will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. Also, when you place your original order, you can register as a new customer with us using your email and unique password. To track your order, simply log onto the My Account area of our site. Note: We have to manually input your tracking number into your order after we receive the number from UPS or FedEx. Please be advised that your order may have shipped already and still show in "Processing" status in your My Account area because the tracking number hasn't been entered yet. We promise to make every effort to update your account promptly with tracking numbers. You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order. You will also receive an email when your order ships with access to a tracking number as long as you register as a new customer. All items must be returned in their new and original packaging. Due to the fact that breast pumps are personal, single-user items (as registered with the FDA), breast pumps are non-refundable once the tamper resistant seal (if the model comes with one) has been broken. This seal must be intact for your return to qualify for a refund. * Bras are not returnable due to the fact that it is a personal wear item. Return Policy Details: 1. All products must be returned in their original box with all of the original instructions, etc. Condition of the item and box must be new and undamaged. 2. Your return must be postmarked within 60 days from date of purchase to return. 3. You must request a return authorization number and return address prior to sending your order back. Please use the Contact Us form on our website to make your request. A RA# and return address will be forwarded to you within 1 business day. Returns sent without an approved return authorization number will be charged a 15% restocking fee in addition to any shipping and handling charges for the initial shipment. 4. If you received free shipping, your refund total will be minus the actual original shipping and handling charges. For breast pump orders, this amount is typically in the $16-24 range. If you would like to get an exact amount prior to returning your order, feel free to contact us . 5. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card you used for the original purchase. 6. It is highly recommended that you ship your return back to us using a service that can provide package tracking. We cannot issue credit for returns that have been lost in shipping. 7.
